Ms. Hertling is a German attorney, admitted to practice in Germany and New York. Ms. Hertling concentrates on matters of art restitution, transnational estate matters, U.S. trust and estate matters, copyright, and German civil law.

Ms. Hertling studied at the Humbold Universität in Berlin, at the Université Paris II-Assas, and the Fordham University School of Law in New York. She is admitted to the New York Bar. Ms. Hertling has extensive expertise in art restitution matters, genealogical research, provenance, and U.S. and German estate matters.
